All lots must be paid for and collected by 4pm AEST Monday 8 November. Unfortunately we cannot arrange shipping from this location, however we can arrange the goods to be removed to our rooms at the buyers expense.

The Fine Decorative Arts Auction will be conducted via our Timed Bid Auction Format.

COLLECTION & SHIPPING

You are now required to contact our office to arrange a collection time for either yourself or your courier. 

 

It is important that you arrive at your designated time, as if you are late or delayed you may not be able to collect your goods.

We have a minimum shipping charge of $35 for small robust items,  for any other items we can provide a quote via Australia Post or recommend a Carrier or Pack & Send.

Conditions of Sale

Credit Card Payments: Payment: Payment will be accepted in the form of PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, personal check, cashier's check, bank wire transfer, money order, and cash (in house only). Our PayPal email address is [email protected]. For internet bidders, if payment is not received within 7 business days following the auction, a payment reminder invoice will be sent. If payment is not received within 14 business days of the auction, we (Kodner Galleries, Inc.) reserve the right to void the sale of the item(s) to that bidder, and make the item(s) available for sale to the under bidder. In addition, any non-paying bidder will be prohibited from registering for any future auction that is held by Kodner Galleries, Inc. For auction floor bidders, if any item(s) remain unpaid after 14 days without prior agreement by Kodner Galleries, Inc. management, said item(s) will be relinquished by the bidder and the bidder will be prohibited from registering for any future auctions held by Kodner Galleries, Inc.
